To encourage more inner reflection, evolving from a socio-political level of discussion to a more substantial level of cultural and psychological exploration
To support a diverse, expanded and sustainable field of Ink Art practice that is wide-ranging in scope and conceptually rich in its formation,
To supprt the use of new media facilities, contemporary concepts and techniques in addition to the tradition creation of autonomous fine art objects
To establish international and bilateral exchange between different countries through organized activities such as exhibitions, workshops, talks, symposiums and field trips
